1st summit your event information here on our website. A member of our team will get in contact with you within 24-48 hours. We will gather more information about your event, date, and requests. We will go over pricing estimate and schedule you to come in for a tour of the ballroom. If we are a right fit $500 of your payment and a signed contract will secure your date! If your hourly rental is under $500 the full amount will be due at booking.. Your security deposit ($400) will be due 10 days before your event by cashiers check, money order, or online by credit card.

All full day rentals are 14 hour blocks. Partial rentals are $400 for 3 hours. Additional hours are $75 per hour. Setup/clean-up shall be done within the rental hours. Please consider this when making arrangements for your setup.
We want to offer you flexibility when making payments. After the $500 and signed contract hold your date. The next payment of 50% will be due at the halfway point. The remaining balance will be due 3 months before your event. This gives you flexibility to pay how much you would like before due dates.
Hourly rentals under $500 must be paid in full.
We do not offer a kitchen prep area; we have space for caterers to set up a food warmer or we offer 6 chafer dishes that can be added on to your package.
We are happy to assist in booking bridal and groom suites at one of the near by local hotels.
We are also happy to add day of coordination for your event. one of our amazing wedding coordinators, that we have grown to love over the years. Our in house coordinator can provide setup, day of planning, rental coordination and more.
Yes, whether you choose to hire a caterer or self-cater is completely up to you.
Alcohol is allowed but must be served by a licensed bartender (not a guest or host) and proof of insurance submitted. Insurance coverage must be 2 million dollars or more.
Every full day wedding is given a 30 minute rehearsal time. If there is an event booked the day before. We will do our best in scheduling time that will be suitable.
The breakdown of tables and chairs in included in your rental fee. We ask that all items brought in be removed at the end of the rental period. Also please ensure all trash is bagged and set by the door or in the dumper located at the end of the building. We will take care of the rest!
